Premiere Paddlesurf Return Policy


Would you like to return your Premiere Paddlesurf products?

Money BackIf you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return it to us within 30 days. Download and print the correct form below, complete it and send it to us with your returned item. If you have any questions about the return process, please don't hesitate to call us at 949-215-4509.

Returns and Exchanges
Premiere Paddlesurf accepts returns and exchanges through the mail. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Typical turnaround time FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES – with shipping – is about three (3) weeks, but may be longer during periods of high volume. For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service (such as overnight or 2nd day). Expedited orders will receive priority processing whenever possible, and will be returned to you via an expedited method at no extra charge.

Please provide a copy of your receipt for a full refund; without a receipt we will issue a Gift Card.

We enclose a return form in every mail order package. If you are mailing an item to us, please take a minute to fill out this form to tell us if you want an exchange, repair, credit or refund. If you do not have the return form, include a note with your name, a physical return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Premiere Paddlesurf cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.

If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card for the returned item(s) upon receipt. The credit card will be charged for the replacement item(s) when shipped. If we cannot exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue a Gift Card.

Repairs
By law, garments sent in for repair must be clean; please wash the garment before mailing it. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Typical turnaround time FOR REPAIRS – with shipping – is about six (6) weeks, but may be longer during periods of high volume. For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service (such as overnight or 2nd day). Expedited orders will receive priority processing whenever possible, and will be returned to you via an expedited method at no extra charge.

Include a note with your name, a physical return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen. The garment will be evaluated and if there is to be a charge, you will be contacted. If the item is deemed irreparable, we may, at our discretion, replace it or send a Gift Card for the last known retail value of the piece. If the garment has sentimental value, and you would like to have it returned to you rather than being issued a credit or replacement, please make this very clear to us in your letter.

Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Premiere Paddlesurf cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.

Items will be returned to you in a similar fashion as they are received: ground orders will be returned via ground shipping and express orders via express shipping.
